“Travis and his guys were wonderful! The day we moved into our new home, our garage door came off the hinges making it completely unusable! After calling one of the big name companies and them not even showing up for an appointment, we called Travis who had a new door ordered for us that day and his team out to install it within two days! They took down the HUGE wooden door, installed all new rails/tracks, a new side mount garage door opener, and new insulated garage door as well as hauling off the old equipment.
The install team was unable to fully seal our new door to the opening due to our garage drywall being incorrect and the garage door frame being our of square (the new door is insulated so its supposed to create a tight seal). Travis said they would be happy to come back and complete the job as soon as we had all this corrected, free of charge! They were professional, courteous, and did a wonderful job. If we ever need garage door service again, we will be calling these guys!”

“I recently built a man cave and I needed a garage door that would keep the AC in without leaking. These guys did a fabulous job. The double walled, steel insulated door is top notch, and it keeps the man cave as cool as having a regular wall. The installation was quick, and the helper named Mike was very friendly, professional, and knew what he was doing. I would recommend this door and this company to anyone. Can’t beat it!!”

“Spoke with Michael Wednesday evening regarding the opener not working. He gave me a couple of things to trouble shoot, but it still would not work. Called him back and scheduled an appointment with Shawn for 9:00 the next morning. Shawn arrived on time and looked at the old opener. The capacitor was blown. We were given the choice of repair or replace. We elected to have the 13 year old unit replaced. Shawn was very nice and explained the use of the new unit and programmed our cars. Michael followed up later to check on the service. I would highly recommend Spectrum Overhead Door.”
